Dr. Patricia Quigley, Ph.D., MPH, ARNP, CRRN, FAAN, FAANP, is a retired Associate Director of the VISN 8 Patient Safety Research Center and a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Practitioner in Rehabilitation.
